Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to support individuals who are aging, have developmental disabilities, or have limited mobility to enable them to live the lives they deserve—lives that are happy, fulfilling, and comfortable.
In 2003, Jubilee PCH, Inc. first opened its doors to individuals with developmental disabilities as a personal care home. Eventually, we became our own independent provider under the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).
Through the DBHDD Medicaid Waiver service, we provide the following:
- Community Residential Alternative (CRA)
- Community Living Services (CLS)
- Community Access Group (CAG)
- Community Access Individual (CAI)
- Specialized Medical Services (SMS)
Our staff at Jubilee PCH, Inc. is composed of professionals who have educational backgrounds in different areas of study, such as nursing, psychology, and business administration. Furthermore, we employ paraprofessionals such as Certified Nursing Assistants and Direct Support Professionals. Jubilee PCH, Inc. provides staff members with continuous training throughout the year, including CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention, and more. Our staff members are dedicated to giving your loved ones a better life. You can depend on our team to take great care of them.
